Contact Aviator Chat Guide

Questions about adult video chat, a correction to one of our guides, or a topic you think we should cover? Email [email protected]. We read every message ourselves — there is no ticket queue and no phone line.

Corrections and topic suggestions

If something in a guide is out of date — a site's rules, a verification step, a safety detail — tell us the page and what looks wrong, and we will check it. Reader questions often turn into new articles, such as our guide to what to expect in adult video chat rooms.

Response times

We answer most messages within a few working days. Notes touching on safety, moderation or age verification get looked at first.

Privacy of your message

We use your email address only to reply. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we will not publish a correction with your name unless you ask us to. Please do not send explicit photos or personal details — we do not need them to fix a page.
